The Soviets successfully trained bears as addition to their mighty forces. The War bears are the replacement of the Soviet attack dogs which is more durable and fierce.

The War Bear has  a mighty roar, which enemy infantry can be defeaned temporarily and made the enemy infantry vulnerable for an attack. The bear's keen sense makes an excellent spy that can can patrol and locate Allied Spies. Bears can swim on the sea but their capabalities are not that effective when they are on Land.

Since the War bear are anti-infantry units, their main weakness would be armored vehicles. Their claws are not sharp enough to engage enemy armored units.
